The great challenge with designing the new Conway Chamber of Commerce Offices was its location. The historically significant Conway Bridge was at the Chamber front door. The Conway City Hall, a Robert Mills Masterpiece, is located on the same block, not to mention the iconic Clock Tower. The architecture has to honor its presence. Classical architectural exterior detailing conflicted with the use of arbors and lattice screens. Excellent landscaping provides the necessary harmony needed for its location.
